Celebrating Diversity at the Victorian Police Academy!

We proudly celebrated the graduation of 13 multicultural community members from the Victorian Police Academy in Glen Waverley. Among them was Mr. Ramzi Osman, whose inspiring journey from our community to becoming a police officer highlights the success of the VicPol Diverse Recruitment Initiative, founded by Africause. This initiative has been instrumental in fostering diversity within Victoria Police, enhancing cultural understanding, and improving community relations.
