Africause offer specialist professional skill development to improve pathways, and real access to meaningful jobs in all sectors.  We apply over 25 years of qualified human resources corporate experience and community services know-how. 

Our specialist tailored employability services enable our culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) disadvantaged communities to independently, successfully navigate mainstream recruitment practices. Our delivery of successful employment pathways, job skills coaching, retention and corporate cultural intelligence programs are built on a foundation of mutual respect and obligation with our community, clients and complementary support services. 

Through bespoke, co-designed and delivered learning experiences, Africause’s unique ‘grassroots’ community reach has achieved individual and group employment pathways including Transdev bus drivers Victoria and Victorian Police to name a few.
